And one more recognition for Zoho who has just been named Visionary in the Gartner 2020 Magic Quadrant with its Zoho Creator application.

Zoho Creator is a Low-Code platform that has been in existence for over 14 years and aims to "provide a platform that reduces the complexity of application development, allowing different people to efficiently build applications of varying complexity". To this end, the India-based company has just introduced features such as extended AI capabilities, Deluge tasks, improved form flow, progressive web applications (PWAs), simple drag and drop deployment, among others. In addition, Zoho promises that Zoho Creator's roadmap for the product has "much more in store" for the future of the application.

The criteria used by Gartner for the assessment included numerous metrics based on the completeness of the company's vision and ability to execute. Zoho's vision, as well as the growth and widespread adoption of Zoho Creator, is consistent with Gartner's research, which shows the following:

"By 2023, more than 50% of medium and large enterprises will have adopted a Low-Code Application Platform (LCAP) as one of their strategic application platforms".

Despite the challenges that the year 2020 brought, Zoho also received other recognitions throughout the year. Earlier this year, Zoho was named the January 2020 Gartner Peer Insights customer choice for CRM lead management, while Business News Daily selected Zoho CRM as the best overall CRM software. The software company has also achieved significant milestones by reaching more than 1,000 extensions in the Zoho market, and almost a year ago, Zoho reached 50 million business users worldwide.
